Ideh MacDonald

Owner, Lead Injector, FNP

Ideh graduated magna cum laude from The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) School of Nursing in Arlington, Texas, in 2013. She obtained her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018, also from UTA. After practicing Family Medicine previously, she founded Star Rejuvenation & Wellness Center to ensure that clients who want to improve their appearance get the intensive, integrative, and holistic care they deserve. As an expert Nurse Injector, Ideh has always prioritized having her clients be educated fully on the procedures and never decides to do treatments she believes would not enhance the client’s satisfaction in the long run. Ideh performs all injectable treatments offered and ensures that her patients are 100% happy with their results. Additionally, she is trained in doing every other service provided.

Dr. Geo Tabbal is a board-certified plastic surgeon with advanced training in aesthetic medicine and a passion for achieving natural, refined results. He serves as the Medical Director of Star Rejuvenation & Wellness Center, where he brings his extensive surgical expertise and artistic eye to support our commitment to safe, high-quality, and cutting-edge aesthetic care.

Dr. Tabbal began his medical journey at New York University School of Medicine, gaining early admission and earning his medical degree before relocating to Dallas to complete his plastic surgery residency at UT Southwestern—one of the most prestigious programs in the country. He then further specialized in aesthetic surgery at Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital (MEETH) in New York City, training alongside some of the most recognized leaders in cosmetic surgery.

He later returned to Dallas to serve as an Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center before launching his private practice. As Medical Director, Dr. Tabbal provides expert oversight of our clinical services, ensuring every treatment offered at Star Rejuvenation is grounded in safety, science, and artistic precision.

Registered Nurse

With over 15 years of combined experience in health, wellness, and aesthetics, Christa brings a well-rounded, client-centered approach to skincare and injectables. Her career began in the fitness industry, where she spent a decade helping others feel strong, confident, and healthy from the inside out.

Five years ago, she transitioned into medical aesthetics after a personal battle with breakouts and melasma. This journey inspired her to take a deeper dive into clinical skin treatments – not only for herself but for others seeking clarity and confidence in their skin.

To elevate her ability to serve her clients, she pursued a nursing degree and is now a licensed nurse injector. With a focus on natural-looking results, Christa is known for her honest, transparent approach to treatment planning and finances—making aesthetic care feel approachable, effective, and empowering.

Social Media Manager

Luke graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BS in Environmental Science. He formerly did Social Media Managing for the university’s dance team and PR for undergrad student clubs before moving onto to professionally work with local businesses. As a Social Media Manager with years of professional experience in handling brands and businesses to expand their online visibility, Luke loves studying the continually evolving world of social media. It has become his passion and he’s always up for a good conversation on how to trend on TikTok and Instagram. His strengths include content creation, photography and videography, graphic design, and organic copywriting. He now also manages the office and loves seeing the many faces that repeatedly come to Star Rejuvenation that now feel like family to him.
